Parker is a high yielding medium-heat chile.  Pods average around 8.03 inches in length and 1.81 inches in width.   Heat level ranges from 1,500 to 3,000 Scoville's.  It is a popular variety for rellenos because of its excellent flavor, heat level and thick flesh. It is Tobacco Mosaic Virus resistant.  Sold in 50 lb quantities.

Parker is the highest producing medium-hot chile pepper.  Pods average around 8.03 inches in length and 1.81 inches in width.   Heat level ranges from 1,500 to 3,000 Scoville's.   It is a popular variety for Rellenos because of its excellent flavor, heat level, and thick flesh.  It is Tobacco Mosaic Virus resistant. Big Jim is a favorite medium-hot chile with fruit averaging 7.68 inches in length to 1.89 inches in width.  They are variable in form and have been known to reach 12 inches in length. Has a heat level ranging from 2,500 to 3,000 Scovilles.
